Delivery

Delivery times – Our goal is to provide the best delivery service in the area. Unfortunately, things don’t always go to plan and factors, such as weather and traffic conditions, occasionally prevent us from achieving this. Our drivers carry a maximum of £10 change.

Refund Policy

Refunds are considered on an order-by-order basis. In the event of Gills Fry Fry needing to issue a refund, we will endeavour to credit your account within 7 – 10 working days. Rejection order – In the event that your order is rejected, you will be refunded within 7 – 10 working days.

Cancellation

Cancellation of order – Once an order has been placed the cardholder has no right to cancel the order as we are preparing perishable goods.
